Pelican Parcels Take Unwanted Items from New Born to Teenagers

Pelican Parcels is a Brighton-based charity supported by a wonderful team of dedicated volunteers. They collect, sort and carefully package unwanted items for children from newborns through to teenagers, giving them a new lease of life with families who need them. The charity also accepts essential baby equipment that is no longer needed and redistributes it to families who are struggling and may otherwise be unable to access these much-needed items and helpful support. Through the generosity of donors and the commitment of its volunteers, Pelican Parcels helps make sure that children and families in need receive practical essentials, helpful support and a little extra kindness when they need it most.

Do you think you may need the support or know someone who does? Pop in and we can send a referral message to the partnership.

Do you have any items to donate? We have a drop off box located at the entrance of the community centre in Thompson Road for you to drop off any items in the box. Open Monday to Fridays, 9:30am – 12:30pm.

For larger items such as high chairs, costs and buggies, these can be dropped off by prior arrangement contact Shirley at the community Centre on 01273 236160 or through the website contact us page https://www.pelicanparcels.org.uk/
